
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken legs – 5 pieces (1.3kg)
Paprika powder – 1tsp
Turmeric powder – 1tsp
Whole coriander – 1tsp
Whole cumin seeds – 1tsp
Mixed herbs – 1tsp
Dried parsley – 1tsp
Black pepper – 1tsp
Fresh garlic paste 1tsp (4-5 cloves)
Fresh ginger paste – 1tsp
Fresh lemon juice – 1tbsp
Natural yoghurt – ½ cup
Olive oil – 1tbsp
Salt – 1tbsp
Whole green chilli – 6-8
DIRECTIONS OF COOKING:
Follow these five simple steps for a maximum taste!
STEP 1: Cut slits 1 cm deep into the chicken legs
STEP 2: Put all the ingredients into a blender. Blend it for a few minutes until it become paste
STEP 3: Marinade the chicken legs with the paste in a bowl, cover it with the cling film and leave it in the fridge for 15 minutes
STEP 4: Preheat the grill on maximum heat for 10 minutes
STEP 5: Line it in a baking tray with tin foil and brush it with cooking oil. Grill the chicken for 20 minutes then flip the chicken and grill it for another 20 minutes on maximum heat. (Total cooking time: 40 minutes). Done!
