Fresh Garlic & Ginger finely chopped – 1 tbsp each
Cooking Oil/Ghee – ½ cup
Butter 50g
Red Chilli Powder ½ tsp
Coriander Powder ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
Paprika Powder ½ tsp
Cumin Powder ½ tsp
Mixed Herbs ½ tsp (optional)
Lemon/Lime 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
